Won’t be back
Horrible, 1st walked in at 6:30 PM and room wasn’t available, they over booked. Finally found us a handicap room that must have just come out of being fixed and still not 100% ready. Drywall dust all over the bathroom from a plumbing issue under the sink that was still noticeable and rough drywall still showing. Half the lights in the room don’t work. Ask front desk about it, they said it was the only room left so they could give me a credit to the bar, and have to go to hotels for a refund but have no where to stay. Then when coming back from dinner there was a fight with the front desk person and appeared to be homeless person in the main part of the hotel.

Small room and thought looks like recently updated it was in poor condition. Staff was very polite and helpful and quickly resolved a WiFi issue I was having. Room itself left a lot to be desired

Not Worth the Price
Hotel was nice, staff were very hospitable. However, our room was unacceptable. Door to toilet area was busted and falling apart, towel racks were falling off the wall. Door to bathroom didn’t close. Shower made terrible noises, and was sputtering, stains on the wall, cracked drywall, and door had an huge gap. The room was in poor condition. Vent was falling down, it was not worth the price, really disappointed.

We had to come in and clean the bathroom. Hair left in the shower. Dirt also was still around the tub. The floor was not clean at all. Dirt was all over the floor not mopped or vacuumed.
