Valets lost our car when we were leaving to go to hospital at 5 am,couldn't find it so at 5:20 we took shuttle to hospital so our surgery wouldn't get cancelled!! More stress for a stressful day!! Think what happened was dayshift person put wrong tag on wrong set of keys! Wasn't informed they had the car till 11 am! Hotel accommodations were great!

The hotel is good, what I expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean room, pool and gym area were clean and nice, nothing over the top, totally fine. The area is not great. The Cleveland Clinic campus is right next to it, and that campus is nice, but the area around the clinic is not a nice part of town. I went to charge my EV at a nearby shopping center and didn't feel safe leaving it there alone. My other gripe is with the valet service. They were just parking the cars around the hotel. I asked if I could pay the $25, but park myself and keep my keys, I hate giving my keys to valet if it's unnecessary. They would not allow this and directed me to park at the Clinic garage, just a 5 minute walk away, and for only $12. So bizarre, but whatever. Don't expect to walk around this area, there is not much at all, you need to go downtown for restaurants and things to do.

The hotel was overpriced. We did not realize from the website that a discount for patients at the Cleveland Clinic was available! TV was undersized. Our room wasn't completely cleaned.

I stay here when I go to the Cleveland clinic. I had surgery and my brother brought me and the only thing I didn't think was right was whomever I asked for a late checkout was somewhat not nice . She gave us an extra hr..... WHOOPIE. My surgery last 2 more hrs than expected and I have spent a lot of money with hotels seeing as I have a 3!11/2 hr drive. A week ago they told me it was complimentary because my appt was the same time I had to be checked out . So I'm kind of disappointed with this booking it's hard enough getting here for all the appointments, money , and then someone has to treat you like that . .
