Hotel well maintained, clean and staff does excellent job of making guess feel comfortable. The only thing i didn't like there was no breakfast wasn't included inyour stay.

Only if I have to.

Pool was only 3 feet deep, restaurant food was expensive and subpar. Only thing that rated excellent was the transportation to the Cleveland clinic and the valet guys.

Mostly everything was okay at the hotel! The pool was heated and perfect temp, sauna was great, and beds were comfy. However, we noticed blood all over two of the pillows and on the headboard. They hadn’t changed the sheets in between stays; only moved the pillows around to hide the blood. The blood came off the headboard with a baby wipe. We called the front desk to let them know and request different pillows. Front desk was unfriendly & stated they would send housekeeping, but never did. Only other complaint is they sat us at a high table with a toddler with no high chairs

The hotel was bright and pleasant. Staff were very kind and helpful: accommodating to last minute changes, providing assistance, taking time to explain details when needed. We have already made reservations for another stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay while visiting Cleveland Clinic.

Blanket with 2 big holes

Staff are no question very good…. While people are nice….i think the housekeeping staffs need some kind of re-training. We requested for additional blanket got one…the problem is it gas 2 big holes! Yes…2 big hokes impossible to miss. We used it anyway as we were really cold but felt that with that gesture, the service is fine from 3 star hotel to 1 star…maybe zero star. With all the nice staffs of other departments, this incident downed our feelings a lot.
