Our stay at the Westin Cleveland was extremely disappointing. The first room they put us in was clearly not cleaned properly — the tub had dirt and debris all over it and the shower wouldn’t even get hot. After complaining, they moved us to another room, which somehow wasn’t any better. The second bathroom had a hair sitting in the tub and the shower only got lukewarm. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude when we checked out, and when we tried calling from the room earlier in the stay they simply stopped answering the phone after moving us to the second room. Overall, it felt like cleanliness and customer service were the last thing this hotel cared about. Very disappointing experience.

The Westin offered an incredibly convenient location—everything I wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was especially impressive. The valet team was consistently warm and welcoming, greeting me every time I entered the building, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help track down my DoorDash order when it was left in the lobby. Although the TV stopped working on my last night, the staff handled the situation quickly and made things right without hesitation. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I appreciated the thoughtful service throughout.
