Check-in was a mess. Long line. People cutting in line. Staff did nothing about it even when alerted. Manager split line to each station then vanished, leaving me standing at his station while people behind me in line were taken care of first. 4-5pm check in. Multiple cleaning carts in hall on 8th floor making navigating to room with luggage difficult. The shampoo and body wash in shower were empty. Jack wagon who stayed in room 834 the night before had a good joke by setting the alarm to go off in the middle of the night, but that’s on me for not checking. Upon checkout around 930am, again there were multiple cleaning carts clogging the hallways making it hard to navigate with luggage. Dude at the door was friendly and asked if we had a good stay, but got kind of nasty with us when we told him we would not be giving his requested score of “10/10” due to above issues. Clean room. Comfy bed. Somewhat quiet room/hallway. Staff needs to think a bit more of what the words customer service mean.

The staff was great. Check in, the greeter, maintenance who had to fix my toilet twice in less than 24 hrs...amazing! There was no cleaning the room, changing towels, emptying garbage, nothing. The room itself, 1701, felt antiquated and like it was the room that was forgotten. The switchboard to call and ask for help, never get answered. Fire alarm goes off at 3am because someone decided to smoke in their room...why doesn't it have specific room alarm for that type of issue? I checked out a day early because of how absolutely awful the experience was. Was I refunded? NO! I will never stay here again and will be sure to leave reviews on all the main sites. Super disappointed traveler from IL. Do better. Also, Expedia, do better. You made zero effort to get the night refunded that I did not stay. I'm disgusted by the whole experience! Negative stars.

Asked for a room with a view of the stadium, this was my son’s Christmas present to go to a Browns game. We flew in from VA. First room was on the opposite side of the hotel, front desk woman said she didn’t know which rooms were on which side. Went back to the desk and requested a different room, got a higher floor but still no view of the stadium. Room was outdated (except for the bathroom). Most outlets didn’t work, no charging for anything available. Everything looked old and dark. Would not stay here again.

Check in great even though line long after game, it was smooth and quick, valet friendly and efficient. Taking $100 off a card immediately fir incidentals is unacceptable as it is taken off immediately and not returned for days, also they take valet out of that. Why are you not offered to pay cash for valet and why no discount for staying at Westin? Breakfast overpriced. Rust in bathtub, no microwave and no view, 216 outrageous prices and no selection but no vending in building. Bed very comfortable, convenient location

Cameron was an excellent Host/Bellman. I really believe he was excited to have us stay at the Westin. He was so helpful with directing me to the gym and my mom to breakfast he also helped with our bags. His positive attitude and overall energy really made our already good stay GREAT!!
