Cameron was an excellent Host/Bellman. I really believe he was excited to have us stay at the Westin. He was so helpful with directing me to the gym and my mom to breakfast he also helped with our bags. His positive attitude and overall energy really made our already good stay GREAT!!

I prepaid for the breakfast. I was not told at check-in about the breakfast. There was no confirmation of the purchase. There was no mention of when the breakfast takes place or where. When I got to my room, I tried to call down to the front desk after I realized I never received the information only to find that my phone wasn’t working. I have accessibility issues so this wasn’t convenient for me to go back down with my cane and inquire about the breakfast and also the phone not working. The same person who checked me in, Michael, simply said, almost as an aside, Oh, you need to push the speaker function of the phone in order for it to work. And then he sad that breakfast between 7 and 11 and told me where to go to in the morning. All of this should have been communicated at check in. The next day when I went to the breakfast, there was no record of me having prepaid. I was told to stand aside. I was almost looked at and spoken to with suspicion. Even though I said I had prepaid the breakfast. I was told I had to wait. I was told what I said needed to be verified “or we will have to charge you.” It took several minutes for verification to come. I was told I was supposed to have been issued a breakfast ticket at check in. Again another fail. The breakfast when I finally did sit down to it was poor quality items were missing. I asked for yogurt. I was told we don’t have any anymore at this time. The eggs were hard as rubber. I spent a money on this only to be disappointed.

The hotel itself was clean, safe. When you dial in to the details of my experience, my rooms WiFi & TV didn’t work. I called the front desk to have to looked at & no one showed up. I also thought the hotels parking charge of $50 per day was excessive.

Checking in the bedding was visibly filthy. After going back to front desk with pictures it took 3.5 hours to get some housekeeping to service the room. The mattress was partially covered but severely stained. The toilet ran every 15 min and sink stopped. I have pictures of the filthy bed.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the gym was very well equipped. I do not understand why the design choice was made to have a bathroom door with a window in it and no closure/locking mechanism. Aside from that, the room was good.
