Great staff but as others have said this place needs a fix up. Room was clean but dated and overall property was dingy. They still have the banner over the sign that said Double tree and stickers all over inside of anything that had the same. First floor smelled as if they are working on updating but upper floors are not done up.

Night staff was amazing. Morning staff not so much. Elevator slow and hardly functioning the door opened and a staff member was on and they literally shut the door and made us wait instead od sharing the elevator with us. No signs that breakfast isnt included waited for me to eat my 2 eggs and go to leave for them to be like excuse me you need to pay. Like what? Room had a broken photo in it and smelled.

This property is disgusting, I would never stay there again. It was extremely dirty, I felt very unsafe and everything was broken in my room, including the door that did not close. Stay away at all costs!!!

They got negative stars

Worst experience I ever had. The room had no AC, the hall was dirty with what look like vomit on the floor. The staff were not very attentive and the breakfast was average. Then they double charged me for a 1 night stay in July. Over a month later and I still hadn't received my refund.

Nice stay for sure, clean rooms, just a bit small for 2 beds. Pool closes @ 9, 11 is better! Wknd 🚫 restaurant hrs on site & 🚫 continental anything! Basic snac,bev, can be bought onsite.OTHERWISE safe lot, security out w 🚗, close to highways, gas, food markets, & more! Hope to stay again honest w such deals on Expedia! HUGE events space!

Check-in took 30 minutes, common areas were dirty, only 1/3 elevators was operational, and my key card would not allow me to access the fitness center. Bathroom had used bars of soap in the shower and at the sink, random hairs on the ceiling, toiler would not flush. Water supply was shut off to the toilet and when turned on, it would fill, but was leaking everywhere on the floor. Tried twice to speak with someone at the desk and there was either a like of 10 people or there was no one at the desk. I replied to the text message I got after check-in (that said to reply here with any needs or issues) with these issues and it went unanswered.
