The room was very big and nicely furnished. It seems to be staffed by students, and they were not very helpful. They sent me automated emails saying I could reply and get help, but no one responded to those. It would have been nice if there was a printed list of TV channels. I didn't discover that they had HBO channels until I'd been there a whole day.
