Perfect location for our needs.

Hotel was fine, location was the important part. Front desk person was somewhat pleasant. I recommend cleaning the bathroom better. There were marks on the wall and door frame that resembled blood. The shower needed cleaned too or updated if cleaning doesn’t work.

While a really nice property, when we arrived ( in 10 degree weather) , there was no heat in the lobby , or restaurant.No one told us this, and thankfully our rooms warm but we planned to dine there due to how cold it was outdoors. We had to bundle up to last in the restaurant long enough to eat. The poor bartender was alone, handling the bar and tables. She even had to run rake out food to rooms as room service! It was painful to watch and experience. The food was average- there was no manager on duty to lend a hand, and no compensation offered for the lack of heat while dining.

Such a cool, old building! Comfiest beds I've stayed in too and they were prompt with our requests for the room as well. We loved how close it is to everything, walkable to most too!

I did not have the best experience at this hotel. When I got to my room it was absolutely freezing. The thermostat read 50 degrees. I tried turning the heat on but it didn’t work. I went down to the front desk and asked for it to be fixed. They sent maintenance up and they told me to wait 10 minutes and if it wasn’t any better I could switch rooms. In that 10 minutes the room actually got colder. I ended up moving rooms and my stay was okay after that. The staff solved the problem but I can’t say they were very polite or kind about it. Overall, my experience wasn’t the best and was not what I expect of a Westin location.

It is a beautiful public space. The front desk staff was unfriendly, but the bar and valet staff were friendly and helpful. We were on the 4th floor, quiet until 3:30 AM when multiple verbal, foul-language altercations occurred in our hallway. Considering this is a Marriott property, I was surprised to know security seemed to be lacking.

Historic Building on a walkable quiet downtown str

The Westin was recently rennovated. It is the perfect place to take a photo opp with the family due to the architecture and decor of the building. The lounge decor is trendy and modernizes the hotel.The rooms are spacious. The only feedback is with renovation comes some kinks and the Westin's kind staff is appreciative of direct feedback to iron those out. Consider this hotel, for game day, to stay away from the fray and be able to walk to a few picturesque restaurants.

Not living up to the Bonvoy brand. No heat in room. Front desk said they would send maintenance. Lied. Maintenance was already gone and she didn’t let the night manager know about the issue and went home. Really?? The wine package I ordered and was assured would be in the room as a surprise for my wife’s birthday, was not. The desk said “oh yes it should be in the room now”. It was not. Took them an hour to bring it up. Ruined surprise. Front desk staff needs to be replaced and management looked at. This is the Westin, not a Holiday Inn Express.
