"We had a very nice room. Perfect for the night."

"There was black looking thing on the mattress when called down the gentleman was very rude disrespectful and acting like I was stupid. I work at a hospital so I see this all the time in the hospitals when people bring bugs in as I stated this to the the gentleman he said well did you bring them in excuse me no at that point I was over it not only that when I first got there I told him I paid already for the room showed my confirmation number and he still wanted me to pay with a credit card at this point I was already running late so I decided I just did it figured I would fight with it later if they got overcharged. Never in my life have I dealt with something or someone so disrespectful when I've stayed at these hotels definitely open my eyes I got told today that it's a Marriott their number one well I work at Toledo hospital we're number one and we still deal with this on a daily basis so I can happen anywhere"

"Clean room hasslefree entrance and exit, but would’ve liked to have had a refrigerator in the room"

"The Kickback could have been a little better. Started at 5:30 and we got there about 5:45. No forks and one of the 3 hot food trays was empty. It was replenished about 10 minutes later. Everything was clean, and the location was great for walking to the Nationwide Arena. Appears to be much to do in the area, but we did not hit any other venues on this trip."

"Do not stay at this Red Roof Inn. It was a complete nightmare for us. When we booked the room we were not told the electricity was out. That was fine, I understand some things are out of their control, however We were told it would be on soon. So after finding our rooms with the lights from our cell phones, the electric did not come back on until 10:30 the following day. We booked the room and prepaid for it for two nights. We go to breakfast and come back and our key cards did not work. They had checked us out of our room. After three attempts we finally get key cards that work. We had to go back to the main desk three times to get cards that would actually work! Then that evening while sleeping some random people come walking in our room. They rented our room to someone else. Thank god we were in there or these people could have been dishonest and we could have all our belongings stolen! This was a nightmare. Complete Choas. We also did not get the upgraded room that I paid for! I was told we would receive a credit for all inconvenience but did not. I have reached out to them numerous times and they will not respond. I have sent emails and called and left messages on the managers voicemail. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was completely chaos!! My next step is to contact corporate and whoever else necessary to get help!"
