Liked location and amount of space in the suite. Didn’t like- Bread crumbs in pull out couch and had to pay for parking.

Oh no!!! I'm so sorry about the bread crumbs in the pull out sofa bed! I know that can definitely make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Parking can also be a surprise and am sorry if this cause you any inconvenience during your stay. The first room we had looked like the floors weren't even cleaned at all in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, and had a bad smell. The pool looked murky and as I'd it was not cared for. Very disappointed for a Hilton chain.

The check in staff and procedures were very pleasant and efficient. Once in my room (205) the bathroom had a very strong smell (urine). I went to the desk and ask if it could be sprayed/cleaned. And that did take place while we were out for the evening. The following day, after hours of sightseeing, we came back to find that the room had been cleaned, but we were given no towels, washcloths or hand towels. None. We had to go back to the front desk to ask for those items and they were later brought to our room. The hotel was a great location for the Indians baseball game, but the services rendered were very lacking. This was a very “average/below average” hotel.

Room location beside elevator shaft. Everytime people used it sounded like a 747 taking off it was a constant issue
