We loved our stay. Quiet room. Great shower. Super comfy bed. Our first morning we tried the eggs Benedict at the restaurant and was satisfied. Would stay again when w come for another sporting even. Lots of food and shopping options in walking distance.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, and the bed was super comfy. My only complaint is that they keep the lighting very low including the room with no ability to change it. In general, I prefer low-lighting but I wish that we had the ability to make it brighter because it was very difficult to do my makeup in such dim light. The wardrobe had the brightest lights so I had to sit facing it with the doors open in order to see what I was doing.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. This is probably the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in. It was an experience that I think everyone should try. Our only issue was there was no fan anywhere, so if you need a fan to sleep, bring one with you. Not a huge deal overall. I would love to stay there again next time I’m in Cleveland.
