This was an utterly charming Valentine’s Day experience. Stylish and chic rooms, great ambiance and stellar staff. From check-in to dining to the door attendants, I felt seen and welcomed as a guest. I didn’t get everyone’s name but Reece, Ahmad, and Carolyn (at the Club Room) stood out as reasons to return to the care of the Fidelity establishment.

We had our clients all stay here on a business trip. They all ADORED the hotel. Charming, cute, and comfortable. The only issue they complained about was the trash truck around 5am waking them all up. Probably not much the hotel can do about it, but it's definitely a thing because we've read other reviews stating the same.

The staff was excellent, the room sizes are very small, clean, nice but very small. Valet parking is great but at $57 a day i think its alittle pricy. The hotel restaurant is ok, food was decent enough but very expensive and the bartender was not very helpful. Overall it was an ok stay, modt likely will not stay again

Beautiful room. Very cosy. Was there in winter. Attacked the mini bar and enjoyed the guilt. Snacks and drinks in the room were refreshing. Very professional and polite staff.
