I was extremely frustrated. Our temperature in room never went above 64 degrees, although set thermostat at 72, hotel booked, no other room to transfer, wanted refund, but wouldn’t give credit because I went through Travelocity Never again , paid 300 dollars, learned my lesson

The hotel was an older building transformed into a hotel. It was clean, but some elements are just old—which is charming—but also things are harder to clean, elevators are smaller, etc. Staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was awesome.

Our two queen room only had one chair. Corners were very dusty. Refrigerator door struggled to stay shut. Room was shabby. Valet parking was great and location was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Room service took most of our towels the first day and I needed to request more.

The staff was not friendly or inviting. The room was NOT CLEAN. The bathroom floor was atrocious. Balls of hair, crumbs, caked up dirt and remnants in the corners. The floor was not properly cleaned. Towel that didn’t look clean. What I liked: large room, big windows, street view, THE GUYS WORKING VALET 10000/10 Soooooo helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond. I will go out of my way to make sure the hotel knows how awesome they were.
