if you are a light sleeper, it is right beside the highway, and while they have noise canceling windows, the noise from the highway still travels through the vents of the ac units

We made a reservation using the Expedia app. We went to the hotel and they told us that our reservation was not in the system and that they did not have rooms available for that night. Still they charge me for the room in Expedia and claimed that they would not reimburse us because we were a "no shop" to cover their mistake... Total lie and lack of professionalism.

I often stay at this hotel for business, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special mention to Oscar (waiter), Shamara (front desk) , and the courteous Asian gentleman whose name escapes me (front desk) — their attention to detail and hospitality truly stand out. Wonderful greetings by valet parking and front desk personnel. Checkin was easy. Room was very nice and beds comfortable. Free shuttle to concert and back was amazing! Shuttle driver was great. Would stay again.
