After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you’re drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the lanai, looking in awe at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai’s oceanic symphony. You have arrived.

Returning inside, you find your beautifully upgraded and updated vacation home. The owners have spared no expense to make sure that this slice of island living is replete with exquisite furnishing and details alike. Most importantly, the top floor grants you access to unbelievable views of Kauai's south shore. You'll spend countless hours on the lanai taking in the views of the surf and sea life as you plan the day ahead. From sleek mid-century modern furnishings to lovely backsplash tiling in the kitchen and upgraded appliances, 402A will be the perfect setting for your family vacation or tropical getaway. Speaking of families, 402A can accommodate up to a party of six (four adults and two children). The second bedroom features two twin beds and the sofa bed in the common area is perfect for two kids to share. (We do not recommend a party of six adults for this unit, however, as the sofa bed is suited primarily for one adult or two children/teens. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and working within the possibilities of the unit is always the best way to ensure that.)

You’ll awake every morning to the scenes of the ocean right out of the bedroom window in the main bedroom. Every room of the property is air conditioned, so your stay will always be perfectly comfortable and welcoming. As the ocean breezes flow through the unit, you’ll feel completely at home in this vacation home. Between this exquisite property and the heated pool atop the rocky shore, you’ll never forget your stay at 402A.

When you’re ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, you’ll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and you’ll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Perfect hosts

This Poipu condo is perfectly set up for a great stay. Hosts provide beach chairs & an umbrella, beach cart, snorkeling gear—and we left new fins for future guests!AC works great, W/D in unit and the view & location, breathtaking. Sunsets are spectacular and we lucked out for full moonrises too. Only great things to say. Mahalo!

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time in Poipu. We were allowed to drop our things off early, which was super helpful in that we had food that needed to be in a fridge. The location was walkable to many things and the view was incredible! We saw whales and sea turtles from our balcony!! The pool was nice and warm. The kitchen was clean and had all that we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommend. The unit was clean and just as described. The manager was very communicative prior and during the stay. The unit even included multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, towels and a hand cart to haul your gear to the beach! Although the (included) parking spaces are small, it much better than parking with the masses at the beach.

Peaceful Setting

We were looking for a place on the ocean, with a private pool, upper level lanai, sunset views, near a beach and only 2 BR. This unit exceeded our expectations. We were happy to see the wagon with all the beach supplies in the extra bedroom closet. Once we saw our first whale from the lanai, I was regretting not bringing along my own binoculars. Then I found a pair on a shelf under the TV. Parker has thought about everything one might need to enjoy the condo. The ocean waves made our nights so relaxing and peaceful. The vibrant shades of blue took our breath away. Incredibly beautiful sunsets. Tight parking spaces but I was able to back our rental sedan next to the lava wall to the left of the registration office, leaving enough room to avoid any car door dings.I would definitely stay in this unit again if we are lucky enough to have a future visit.A shout out to the young man in charge of taking care of the pool. He is doing a fine job.

Amazing Stay

This property surpassed my expectations. The location was excellent and we spent time on the deck watching/listening to the pounding surf. As we were here in February it was whale season and we were able to see many whales and also turtles. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Extra touches like an assortment of chip clips and containers for leftovers were much appreciated. We found everything we needed for a beach day and especially made use of the wagon for taking our dive gear to the rental car. Parker was very responsive and available. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family visiting Kauai.

Right on the Beach

Beautiful property as oceanfront as you can get. Property is walking distance to beaches & a short drive to the town of Koala. This is an older complex but Parkers' place is very modern, beautiful and includes boogie boards, chairs, towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach, pool is really nice and also ocean front. We ate most of our meals on the Lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks. Parker was very responsive, check in was easy- everything you hope your vacation rental experience will be. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Parker!

Best possible view!

I wanted to be close to the ocean to enjoy the view and this condo did not disappoint. I would leave the windows open a little to hear the ocean sounds and waves during the night and mornings. The most relaxing condo. We would sit out on the lanai and have our breakfast and watch the waves and turtles. The turtles were swimming next to the shore and rocks very often. We went to the pool one day and hardly went in the pool because we kept watching the turtles swimming close to the rocks near the pool. Didn’t need to spend much time at the beaches where everyone said the turtles were because they were always at the condo. The condo has everything you need. Towels and chairs and every kitchen tool you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant Paradise

Fantastic stay, superb location. We walked to Poipu beach most nights to see the turtles coming in which was just amazing. Brenneckes beach was so close, superb boogie boarding opportunities.The pool area was excellent, great place to watch the turtles feed. The apartment had everything you need, we did have one issue with the oven but the owner was quick to respond. Apartment is on top floor but there is a lift. Car parking available, ok for small car but I wouldn't have liked to try parking a big SUV.. Would stay again, already missing the waves crash against those rocks!

Great property and condo. Owner communicates everything that is needed for checkin and to make your stay easy The view is absolutely amazing. Unit is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Easy walk to the beach ( we let the kids walk back and forth by themselves ). We had a jeep and didn’t find the parking an issue at all. Overall a wonderful stay and will book again if/when we make a trip across the pacific again

Great Place and Location

The property is as described and functioned well for our family. Parker was an attentive and helpful host who communicated well and offered great local information before and during the trip. We took many of the recommendations offered and were not disappointed with any of them (do the Blue boat and Blue helicopter tours if you can - both are amazing). Property is in a good central location for day trips to other areas, and we enjoyed being able to walk down the short/easy path to the beaches. We really appreciated the boogie boards and chairs etc. - they just made things easy to enjoy. The in-person views are better than what pictures can capture... and the sound of the surf is the best we have ever experienced. My only regret is that car rental upgraded me to a larger car and it was hard to park in the smaller spots that are commonplace everywhere on Kauai and this location -- not a criticism of the property, just a note for anyone reading this and considering a larger car!

This was a very good location for our stay in Poipu. Nice accomodations with an amazing ocean view. My brother-in-law especially liked watching the sea turtles swimming in the waves near the poolside.

Top notch view and lovely accommodations

We loved our stay here in September 2023. The unit was tastefully laid out, with a kitchen ready for even the most ambitious chef, and in a wonderful location for both the view and proximity to the beach and food/drink/conveniences. The A/C kept every room as cool as we liked and made for a good night's sleep. Parker was a superb host and proactively kept us informed on check-in/check-out processes; we felt very well taken care of. We will absolutely stay here again!

Incredible views on a beautiful island.

The condo was spacious. Bathrooms were a bit small but adequate. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We were thankful for the a/c because we had some hot days. Main bedroom had a great view with a very comfy bed. Pool was great. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw turtles almost everyday!
