Location is perfect but the hotel is old and needs renovation. The beds are done good. The carpet is old and dirty. Bathroom got molds and mildew every where. Toilet bowl got molds. I need to buy toilet bowl cleaner, chlorox wipes to clean it so we can use the bathroom. The front desk needs customer service trainings...I told them the bathroom is dirty and told us since our stay is short we can't ask for a cleaner ...we just checked in Oh well, i just cleaned our room and deal with it since we are there for a bit.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everyone was so friendly! Our room was upgraded to a king suite due to a booking error. Our views were the best, we could see the canal and the ocean from our lanai. With Diamond Head being the focal point. Absolutely perfect! When we visit again, we're coming back!

We stayed at the Hotel last August 17-20, 2025. I booked at Expedia.ca 2beds with ocean view. When we check in, the room that was given to us was not ocean view, so i went to the reception and told about it. She offered to move us to different room since we haven't unpacked our stuff yet. But when we check the new room there's ants and cockroach flying everywhere. We did not move anymore. Its a budget hotel so what can we expect. One thing i liked staying here was that its close to everything.

The horel is quite convenient. The pool and hot tub facilities are great. But the room we stayed in was ok except we noticed there are tiny cockerroaches. It is better to upgrade to higher floor level so the view are better and the room are better and brighter.
