• Free street parking is available—please be respectful of neighbors' driveways

Pets Policy
• All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies.
• Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.

Smoking
• Absolutely no indoor smoking—$600 remediation fee applies
• Dispose of outside ash/trash properly or risk a $500 cleaning charge

We normally request an additional deposit of $100 per stay. This amount is refundable within 48hours after checkout, once our cleaners confirm there's no damage. Please report any damage with photos on the day of arrival.
