Gather as a large group of family and friends in this beautiful two-story home where you can enjoy some backyard barbecue or bonfire conversation over a cup of hot choco and smores. Located within minutes from downtown, this is a pleasant and quiet way to end your busy day.

The space:
This is a two-story home with an open floor plan downstairs (kitchen and living room) and a spacious second floor with all the bedrooms. Backyard is great for entertaining and has two large patios and a fire-pit. Upstairs includes two computer desks with in All in one PC and Printer for all your home office or business needs.

Guest access:
Guest have access to the entire home and amenities.
DisneyPlus and Netflix are on all TV’s. PC and Printer are upstairs which do include paper and ink.

Other things to note:
There is a Ring doorbell on the exterior of the home by the entry way and electronic keypad door lock. There is construction next door and could possibly create minor daytime noise.

Great property manager

Shawn was great in communicating with me about any issues and concerns. There was construction going on next door which was slightly annoying but that is out of his control. The area of the house isn't the best, but looks to be up and coming

Great House, Clean and New

We stayed one night with some friends who all came in town for a wedding. Shawn was great at communicating. The House is large, well taken care of and the pictures don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are big and backyard was nice and private. Would definitely stay again!
