A unique experience awaits! Located in a gated triplex near Joshua Tree and downtown Palm Springs, this condo offers amazing outdoor space. A shared courtyard wows with a pool and hot tub, both naturally fed and heated by a mineral spring. (The pool and hot tub temperatures can not be adjusted.) There's also a firepit and a patio with a grill - perfect for cookouts at home. A small stream and fish pond add an extra layer of tranquility.

Inside, two well-appointed bedrooms promise a good night's sleep. A welcoming living area offers a cozy spot to spend time together, while the well-equipped kitchen provides everything you'll need to make home-cooked meals. Enjoy access to shared on-site laundry facilities during your stay.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There are three exterior security cameras. Two above the garage, overlooking the driveway. One above the entryway, overlooking the courtyard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
