Book a hotel near Concord Shopping Plaza, Miami

"My husband and I took a week vacation to Miami and stayed at palm tree. The environment was very calming, no excessive noise or rowdiness, just how we liked it. The place was pleasant, nothing spectacular but perfect for traveling people that weren’t going to spend all day in the hotel. Only thing I can complain about is that house keeping only came once within our 6 day stay, only upon our request. There were some construction work going on the side of the building which really made the place feel slightly overwhelming. The room was clean, but smaller than we expected which made moving our luggage around very difficult. Like I said, it’s a good place to stay if you’re not planning to spend all day in the hotel."

"We stayed a few hotels down at the Sherry Frontenac during the start of the trip and had such an awful experience that we ended up switching to this in the middle of our trip. It was our saving grace! Very clean and great staff. The restaurant is excellent! "

"This is a repulsive property. Filthy, smell of sewage, broken elevator that a lady was stuck in for several hours. No light bulbs in most lights in rooms, non- working outlets, flickering lights in many places, broken phone so no ability to contact front desk. The hallways were absolutely disgusting with hair and garbage everywhere. We couldn't get towels even, they gave us wash clothes for the 'bath' towels. Reports of theft from house keeping staff- which I find interesting because house keeping tried to clean our room at 7:30pm one evening and to their surprise 1 person in our party had returned earlier than normal to our room. This is sketchy as it gets. Also, a murder occurred in 2022 where the body was not found for several days. Expedia did NOT represent this property accurately and should drop it off Expedia. This will make me rethink Expedia use going forward because if you research this hotel outside of Expedia it is evident that it's an awful crime ridden place that needs serious owner reflection and management changes. However, it remains run down and poorly managed. It's a tear down or a serious renovation situation at best, but a fraud currently. We ended up switching hotels in the middle of our trip because of how awful this place was. I could not recommend this less. Absolutely awful experience!! "

"The rooms were quite dated for the price point. Room was dusty and dirty unfortunately. Has a lot of potential however the attention to detail where it matters needs to be given some love. Amenities were great, food was good but again a bit over priced. Understand that it comes with the area. They compensated us for the resort fee for the room being dirty."

"Rooms were clean and modern minus the bathtub was very outdated. Staff were usually very lost and weren’t friendly. Parking was easy we just valet. "
