Book a hotel near Cityplace Tower, Old East Dallas

"Can't regulate the heating A/C system. The room was too cold upon arrival. The front desk called maintenance to adjust the room temperature. After maintenance came, the room was still too cold. Called maintenance again. After maintenance came a second time, the room was still too cold. I turned off the A/C system in order to have the room at a comfortable temperature. This was the only complaint I have. Everything else was five stars."

"The property was cool and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were some minor details, like drawers that were dirty or stained and turntable wasn’t working, but overall it was good. The views were great. Check-in was a bit inconvenient because I wasn’t sent the confirmation code, so it took me a while to get in. Thankfully, someone onsite was able to help me. Great location, with lots of places nearby."

"Clean, well appointed room. Friendly, helpful staff. Only complaints are charge for WiFi and such loud music in the bar that it was even impossible to sit in the lobby for a drink and have a conversation."

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Room was clean, toilet flushing was questionable, parking lot was full but free and accessible, breakfast was pretty much just waffles and cereal (ish). Good for night stay but not so much for breakfast. Fit our needs nicely. "
