"Honestly, this hotel was way better than I expected. The staff was super friendly and made check-in really easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and actually felt relaxing instead of just being “another hotel room.” Everything throughout the hotel was well kept, and you could tell they cared about making guests have a good experience. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely stay here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to stay."

"Dude that checked me in was very nice and polite. We cracked a few jokes about the things people do when you tell them to not touch certain things and had a good laugh. Room was amazing and way bigger than I thought it was going to be. It had a full kitchen, living room, and nice queen sized bed."

"Beautiful room with a view. Amenities were great and location was fabulous. The issue: The parking lot attendant was very nice as the card reader machine was not functioning well. Housekeeping gets an A+...please tell them. All in all...we loved Dallas and our stay."

"The shuttle took well over an hour and we were with a small child who was so tired. It was misery, the front desk initially told me 10–15 minutes and I had to call multiple times. The driver was so rude, and wasn’t a safe driver. The seatbelt wasn’t working. He let a woman stand in the aisle of a small van driving. The room had hairs in shower, stains on toilet, with incredibly uncomfortable bedding. Absolute worst part of my 10 day international trip. Will actively avoid La Quinta in future. Hotel chains I’ve had much better experiences at in the same price range were available and I deeply regret the decision to stay here."
