"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too ..."

"Our stay was perfect! We were very tired after a long flight from São Paulo to Dallas, and a kind receptionist allowed us to check in early so we could rest a bit. He also offered us an excellent room at the back of the building (away from the highway noise). Room 142. The staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but we chatted a bit and I know he is from a city near Mumbai, India. He is an excellent employee. There is also a Denny’s right next to the hotel (within walking distance), which is very convenient. Since the hotel breakfast is quite basic, it’s a good option to supplement it there. Parking is available on-site and free of charge."
