There was only 1 ice machine for 5 floors and sometimes it was empty too. They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day.

Elevator was really smelly. Ceiling needs repair, paint and carpet is old and needs to be replaced as well. Staff was great though so it’s not their fault
