Bathroom has mold, peeling wallpaper, dirt in the corners and in general not in a condition equal to its nearly $200 a night price tag. The pool and spa were closed for repair with no discount.

Check-in was especially rough. Rooms were not ready for early check-in or regular check-in. There were only 2 front desk personnel to take care of everyone for a very busy weekend. Many guests could not check-in until after 8pm and it took at least 45 minutes in line to get checked in. We are well aware that attracting staff is rather difficult since covid so we do understand. Hopefully soon hiring good people will be able to happen and things will be much better for this property.

Spa was closed, hot tub was closed, room door was broken, very outdated and extremely pricy for what you get.

Took over a hour to check in. The floor next to the bathroom was wet. This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

Pros: In a booming area with an outlet mall and local restaurants for even the pickiest eater. Front desk agent, Whitney, was amazing and helpful. Cons: The hotel charges $8 per day for self parking. The hotel is in need of upgrading furniture. It was old and soiled. The on-site restaurant is closed as well as the spa. However, we are not fully out of the pandemic, so this is to be expected. Housekeeping will not do a daily cleaning of your room...too short staffed. Amenities are available at the front desk. No bellman is on staff, so be prepared to possibly wait for a cart if arriving or departing during rush hours. During the evening reception, the bartender wiped his nose a few times, never washed his hands and was handling beverages and bagged chips. If you are not a pet lover, this is not your place to stay. Unbeknownst to us, there were several hotel guests going in and out with large full sized dogs. Not service animals, but regular dogs. Overall, we made it work because we had a nice view and the morning breakfast and the front desk staff helped to make up in the areas that the hotel is lacking.
