The hotel is huge and attached to the convention center. I had an issue with my TV and they fixed it quickly.

This hotel is way too big and consequently under utilized. Lots of empty space and bars and cafes not open? 81 degrees and the poolside bar not open? I believe it caters more for the convention center rather than the family traveler.
