The staff were courteous and eager to assist, contributing to a pleasant experience. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. This was my first stay at this hotel but it won't be my last. The only downfall was that the hotel bar closed early so there was no place to watch the college games.

The room and hotel were beautiful. Pool was closed without any notice when booking. Housekeepers loudly knocked on every door on the floor right before 9am, when we answered the door they said “hello, we were checking if you are still here.” Check out wasn’t until 11 and that was kind of a nuisance. However, lobby staff and the rest of the stay was great!
