We liked how much space was in our King Room. Two tvs was nice with the couch having the stretched out side piece. Plenty of options for breakfast and plenty of tables in the eating area. Pool was small but GrandSun still enjoyed his swim. No troubles with parking spaces. We'll stay again on our next Greensboro trip.

Loved having my 16 year old find condoms and trash in the pull out couch when we arrived. Hotel staff couldn’t transfer me to a clean room and told me to just call the general manager on MONDAY. Travelocity staff was really clueless Horrible experience

This hotel is unfortunately false advertising. We understand that due to the pandemic, things change or are limited, but they should be reflected in the marketing. This hotel’s main webpage clearly advertised an egg and waffle breakfast as a part of the stay. What they provided was white paper bags at the front desk that had a small bottle of water, a muffin, and a plastic container with oranges. Our issue is not that they provided this specific breakfast, it is that they advertise something completely different. We are over a year into this pandemic, so there’s no excuse for not updating your website to reflect what you were actually offering. When I contacted the manager, she was very dismissive and said that we should’ve read the fine print located in on a different webpage that contradicts what’s on their main webpage. The hotel did have a pool, but you had to sign up in advance at the front desk to reserve an hour. Only one family could be in the pool at a time. Our hotel room also had spiders in the corners. When I contacted the manager about this, she said that this was “a common occurrence” and that she would train her new housekeeping staff to be sure to look in the corners. This is so disturbing that the manager of this hotel admitted that this is a common occurrence to have insects in the hotel. The TV also stopped working. Even though there were signs everywhere saying masks required, none of the employees were wearing masks.

As stated earlier in response to your email, I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. The changes to our breakfast is detailed on our Brand Website, Count On Us Safety Info. You have to click on the icon for the changes to display. Breakfast options vary by state and local health departments. We are in compliance with what Guilford County Health will permit. We will will be sure to remind our newest housekeeping members to check the corners of the PTAC unit, while cleaning the guestrooms. Insects sometimes are small enough to fit through the smallest of vents, in cars, homes and even in the most cleanest of hotel rooms. Employees who have been fully vaccinated, are not required to wear masks. The signs remain in place to remind those who have not been vaccinated. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Nikki Lee General Manager
