Do NOT book any hotel in this area!!!! We booked this hotel on our travel - a 9.2 rating on Hotels.com. Upon getting off the exit, we immediately realized the entire area is unsafe and consumed by homeless camps including bedding, bags and other items in the woods. Additionally, trash lining the wooded areas all throughout where hotels, McDonalds, and gas stations are located. We request an immediate refund because it was unsafe for us to stay. Advertising on hotels.com is completely misleading and not an accurate description.

This location was convenient to get to and was clean and quiet. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Just know the beds are firm and the pillows are soft so you can accordingly to your needs.

This hotel was a relief after driving all day! Very comfortable beds, rooms were clean, 24 hour front desk were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of options, great way to get started for the day. Parking was in a huge lot, so no issues there. Overall, a very nice stay at this hotel, highly recommended!

Never use Hotels.com again!!!

It sucked. We made the reservation a month ago, bought insurance, cancelled the reservation with Hotels.com and the Hampton Inn immediately (same day reservation was made) because, we booked the wrong month. We have not received a refund. We have not been able to reach Hotels.com. We spoke with the Hotel manager and he could not refund our money or cancel the reservation because we reserved through Hotels.com. Service from Hotels.com SUCKS !!! Never use again. Will not recommend. Will never stay at Hampton Inn again. Get the message? Refund our $$$ !!!

Nothing unique. Went to get napkins and a paper plate near the kitchen and was scolded. For the amount I paid for the night I should be able to get a paper plate and napkins. Also, kids across the hall yelling and screaming. Too many in one room.
