Everything was amazing except when I got to my room someone had smoked in the bathroom and it left everything smelling like smoke the whole time we were there. Had to get new towels because all of them smelled like smoke. The front desk clerk asked if I wanted to change rooms and I told her no because we were already settled in. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful through the process. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I will stay there again, but in a room that has not been smoking in. I give this hotel rating a 10

No maid service available for my 4 night stay. Therefore, no fresh bedding or towels.
