NO ICE MACHINE, NO BREAKFAST, except cheap plastic wrapped muffins & protein bars. Makes me NOT want to stay at Extended Stay as they are not all alike. We were VERY disappointed. Sell the exercise equipment & buy an ice machine…….

I stood outside for 20 minutes ringing the doorbell, just to be let in by another guest and waited another 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When the lady did show up she was still wearing her noise cancelling headphones and told me it was my fault for not calling a phone number that was ONLY posted inside the lobby. I never got to check into my room and I am still fighting the hotel to get a refund. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or another of its chain locations again.
