Flight Review

Mar 21, 2020

In this day and age ALL of your planes need to be retrofitted to allow for people to charge their devices, even if its regular electrical 120 outlets and folks have to provide their own adapters. At a minimum.

Mar 14, 2020

No food served. Landing was perfect.

Mar 13, 2020

Everyone was calm in the midst of the Coronavirus!

Mar 13, 2020

I am just disappointed that I can’t seem to select my seat (on my upcoming flights) until check in time? And while the seat map showed only one available seat (center seat 😔) I noticed several people who managed to have three seats to themselves!?? Fortunately, my seat mate on the aisle seat was very accommodating about letting me get out to stretch my legs and use the bathroom.

Mar 12, 2020

Great!

Mar 11, 2020

Disappointed that we had to check our carry on. We sat in row 5 and were not allowed to being our while passengers walked past us with theirs. Also, the price for the "comfy" seat is not worth it.

Mar 10, 2020

Very good people. Thanks

Mar 8, 2020

IFE system was not working. Otherwise a great experience despite the delayed departure.

Mar 4, 2020

Great as always.

Mar 3, 2020

Our flight attendant Jim was very friendly and accommodating.

Mar 2, 2020

On time and arrived early, even baggage cllaim was fine

Mar 2, 2020

My flight out of Indy was delayed and I had a connecting flight in DC. When we landed in DC, my next flight was loading. They held the flight long enough for me to run to that gate. Thanks for GREAT SERVICE.
