The original room they gave me was not cleaned. We the. Had to wait about thirty minutes after a four hour drive for a new room.

I was offered a queen instead of the double I had reserved. The set up of the room was horrible. The nightstands were too small and the one I needed for my CPAP was the farthest away next to the wall. My other complaint is why do you insist on having toilets for midgets? Every room I have stayed in has had a midget toilet. They are not ADA approved.

There was a dog convention in town the weekend I stayed and I will have to think twice on hotels that advertise “pet-friendly”. The lobby smelled like Pet Smart, the dogs were barking, and it was a little ridiculous. The staff was nice. The hot tub was out of commission and green. The rooms need renovations. It could be a nice place. It has a lot of potential but it needs to increase the standards to come back.

Entrance door wasn’t easy to open or close it needed to be rehung!!!!????tv service direct tv was horrible not much good about it.breakfast service was not good only a bag with water muffin and energy bar????

I was extremly unhappy with the short toilet in my room. I am 5"10 and to have to squat down and then see only my head above the sink is ridiculous. They are not obviously ADA approved.
