This was a terrible experience at Sonesta ES Suites (2900 Regency Parkway). The room was not cleaned before check-in the fridge was dirty, carpet stained, and it felt unkempt overall. We received no housekeeping during our 4 day stay. On day 3, I had to strip the bed and change the sheets myself because no one came, basically did housekeeping myself even though we requested service. When I asked, I was told it had to be scheduled in advance but no one told us that at check-in. I paid to relax, not to clean the room myself. Extremely disappointed , do better, Sonesta.

Great except for check-in

The only issue was the person who checked me in. It sucks to have the first person you interact with act like you’ve inconvenienced them and she gave me no information about anything regarding the hotel. Otherwise, the facility is really nice and everyone else there was quite friendly.

An overall nice place to stay, with a nice breakfast selection and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My main concern was the loud air handler inside the room, just feet from the bed, which also provided a slight vibration to the bed when it kicked on; despite that, I was able to get a pretty good night's sleep.

My friend and I were going to a concert at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre and this hotel is walkable to it. Room was huge, staff nice, place clean and very good breakfast.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Aside from the room being very dimly lit due lamps on having only one out of three bulbs that lit up and exhaust fan over stove did not work, we very much enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and even recommend to others.

The facilities were good for that price. We didn't like the fact that something was not right with the drainage facility as it was stinking whenever we open the bathroom door. They definitely need to fix that to get a 5 star
