We had trouble with the key cards to the room. They ended up calling the maintenance man, Tim, back because the batteries had died in the door. Tim was so patient and understanding of the situation and had us in our room as quickly as possible. Tim was both professional and patient.

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The trash can had trash in it and the toilet was not clean

Centrally located. Fair enough property. Room 314 has a tobacco smell which isn’t pleasant for me.

Large room with comfortable bed and good telelvision. Bathroom not clean in harder to reach areas; dated carpets throughout lobby and room; dated bathroom fixtures.
