The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. "The location is just unbelievable. Close access to the Lisbon metro (blue line), trams and buses. I travelled alone and was in a “cozy” room, but it felt quite cavernous with the 12-15 feet ceiling. The staff was top notch. I made an error by booking too few days. The front desk went out of their way to add an extra day for me. "
