"The hotel had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. However, there were several negative points. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty I would not recommend walking barefoot. The parking situation was very confusing and inconvenient. The parking lot is very far from the lobby, and when it rained all of my luggage got soaked because of the long walk. The lobby itself is also very small and lacks proper infrastructure. On the positive side, the gym was good with quality equipment. The breakfast was very basic: bagels, bread, butter, cereal, milk, coffee, juice, muffins, and some fruit. For me, the best options were the fresh oranges, grapes, and bananas. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, and the bed sheets were clean. Be aware that check-in requires a $150 deposit, plus $15 per day for parking. Overall, the hotel was okay, but personally I would not stay there again."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very nice and attentive. Food and drink wait service by the pool Ended at 4pm…which seems too early. The pool chairs were nicely padded and comfy. Drinks were good. Had dinner at STK and 1919.…STK…I do not recommend. 1919... Food was pretty good if you like the Michelin star vibe….tiny portions/large price… but dress code and decorum for such a fine restaurant was not enforced which detracted from our good time. Allowing patrons to wear Tshirts/basketball shorts/baseball hats/crocs is disrespectful to the other guests imo."

"The hotel was centralized where it was close to the freeway and at the end of the strip for a beautiful walk any time of day. Lots of nearby restaurants for various food. It was less than 10 minutes Uber ride to Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the airport. Hotel itself was nice and clean, lobby and outside was maintained. During our stay only 1 elevator (out of 2) was working so sometimes we had to catch the next ride b/c it was full. The “beach” is small and rocky, would recommend water shoes. Our room: It was good enough for a place to come back to sleep. Not sure if there was room service because we never ordered any. It is a bit dark, their lighting was 2 individual lamps, 2 small headboard lamps, and a light in front of the door. 2 of the 4 light switches in the bathroom actually turned on lights. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, not sure if that’s just how the plumbing is or if it needed maintenance. Overall I had a good stay as a place to sleep and leave for the day."
