"The multiple staff I met seem to have good intentions, and the sheets and towels were clean. However, the room badly needed dusting from the HVAC unit to lamps to doors. The refillable shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty.
The breakfast was nice overall though the coffee was empty and never refilled. "
