I'm sorry you happened to get an dirty room, accidents happen. I also see our staff went out of their way to make things right with you, and they attempted to make sure you were happy with your stay. Yet I see by your rating your were still beyond displeased? Did our staff direct you to reach out to management for further service recovery options based on your dissatisfaction? We have fixed the ice machine. Our hot tub is at the highest we are legally allowed to have it, I apologize. We will look into the jets and get it taken care of.

Excellent room with great water pressure, thermostat, and extremely clean and comfortable linens. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Small restaurant was perfect to grab a quick breakfast. Pool and hot tub were also very clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again!
