We have stayed at this hotel many times when my daughter was at Syracuse University and we loved the morning breakfast and the bar/restaurant because it always had live entertainment on weekends and we were very disappointed to learn they no longer have live music and breakfast was very limited. If it were not for the incredible staff from checking in to wait staff who all went out of there way to be friendly hospitable and provided excellent service I would have rated everything a 2 or 3 at best.

Front desk manager was very professional.My husband dropped off our rental car at the airport and Jeff brought him back to holiday inn. Later, Jeff drove us to dinner and picked us up. Next morning he drove us to airport. He was super helpful and accommodating. He is great at his job. We were only there one night but it was a great place to stay before departing.We highly recommend this holiday inn.

Overall a good place

The stay overall was good. The pool was full of young kids that were unsupervised. They used at least 30 towels from the pool and were dipping them in the pool and hot tub. A few kids who were around 3-5 were in the hot tub as well. The hot tub was hot but they were waiting on a part to fix it, so you could still soak in it but not while it was full of kids.

I chose this property because it had a very nice swimming pool. However, when we arrived, there was a sign on the door that said the pool was out of order. I stayed for three days and the pool never opened. I understand that stuff happens. But it was a big disappointment.

Good and clean.

Check in staff were very kind and fast. Whole hotel and room was very clean. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard in my opinion. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and was disappointed to get here and find out the pool was not available. We were only here for one night and served it's purpose. Would stay again if needed.
