Turned on the TV to see Netflix and Disney+ apps but the TV’s aren’t actually connected to WiFi (in 2026) - called the FD who confirmed this. Then, flipped to the cable guide and no luck there either so I called back down only to be told the entire 5th floor had no cable. It never came back on during our stay. I had four 11 year olds who planned on a movie night so that was pretty disappointing. I was told it was being worked on but having worked in a hotel for 15 years, I’m not sure that was actually the case. Seems poorly run. Which for a Hilton is sad for the brand. "
