"My sister and I shared a room on the quiet side of the building while my parents had the accessible room I booked for them. Both were comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast with fresh fruit, egg sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and waffles. The lobby and breakfast area is spacious and seating was never an issue. My parents said their roll-in shower had a too-short shower curtain. Water was all over the floor of the bathroom, which could have been hazardous or slippery. They also prefer firmer mattresses, but I loved ours and slept well, aside from the alarm going off at 6am because someone had left it set instead of turning it off. That wasn't the hotel's fault. I'd definitely stay here again. It's close to Green Lake State Park and the Erie Canal Trail. The staff was accommodating with a late checkout too - 12 noon vs 11am."
