The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was amazing! I like having a light switch at the entrance door. The room was clean and the thermostat was functional. The bathroom suite was amazing. Plenty of towels. And if needed there was a shower chair. Very thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

We had a short vacation stay that was very enjoyable. This Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn provided a clean and comfortable environment with a pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant and fee for breakfast was a plus when we were tired from travel. The food was good and I would rate 3 star. We did not have to travel more than 10 - 45 minutes to some historical, state fair and finger lakes attractions.
