Convenient location. Restaurant is nice. Had the king suite which was a nice room. Unfortunately had no hot water 2 days in a row for showers. No compensation. Over $500 stay and no hot water. Wasn’t happy.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Syracuse. The inn has a cozy, charming feel and all the essentials, with a lovely touch of tradition. The restaurant is excellent, the bar is inviting, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. What stood out most was the people: friendly, present, and quick to help. Things aren’t always perfect anywhere, but here you always know who to talk to—and they actually resolve it. That’s a world apart from the typical chain hotel, where an ‘issue’ often turns into a stressful guessing game about who’s responsible. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip upstate NY.
