Cresthill Suites Syracuse
"The hotel was definitely outdated and could use a deep clean but it was clean enough for a one night stay. Bedding was clean, no stains, towels were clean. Breakfast was good and staff was working hard to keep everything well stocked! The hallways needed to be vacuumed and smelled like dirty diapers. ..."

Candlewood Suites - Syracuse Airport by IHG
"Clean and quiet space, but there was literally one bowl in the kitchennette, no silverware or glasses. Also I called 24hrs in advance to reserve shuttle space and they told me to do it when I checked in. Didn’t say anything about how limited the space would be (space for one family.) When I asked ..."

"We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA
"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is up to date, modern, and beautiful. Fun fact: I packed my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and never actually used it during my stay because they have bottles provided to you. I’m not talking the small one shower usage bottles. They had full sized bottles of incredible smelling things. Crabtree and Evelyn that I promptly purchased on my flight home. The bed was crisp and fluffy at the same time (as were the pillows) and everything was just so clean. I was not expecting a microwave, safe, mini fridge, 2 sinks, a couch, a full closet, and a desk in one room; paired with room for activities. Absolutely worth the money and I am going to be so excited to book here again while visiting Syracuse. Elevators were room key operated which added another layer of safety for a solo female traveler in a big city. It was quiet, I rarely heard any footsteps or people talking as they walked down the hall. OH ALSO- the TV was on a mount so you can turn it to have a good view on the screen for a late night Netflix binge. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Comfort Inn - NYS Fairgrounds
"Great staff helped get us settled when our original hotel fell through! No refrigerator in the room."
