The lights around the building did not come on until late that night which made it unsafe for going upstairs with luggage in the dark. The pictures if tge room on line were light and bright but in reality it was dark brown, very dated 1970s colors. Not what was expected. Although it was clean no dust or anything. Paid more later looked at tge price and was about 75 dollars cheaper than what we paid.

Quality Inn Branson MO.
Overall stay was fair. The free Breakfast was the highlight. Convenient and great options. Room was clean. One of the main reasons for booking the stay at this location was the indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, both were down for repairs. Seems like a common theme. Beds are a bit stiff.

Some highs balanced out by furnishings & amenities
Staff was incredible. Breakfast hot and fresh every day. Breakfast area was spotless. Conveniently located to just about all major attractions. The room furniture was just worn down and could use replacing. The chairs at our table and chairs in the room should have been tossed years ago, which was unfortunate, because we picked this place in part because it had a large table with chairs, and we planned to play games. Although the breakfast area had tables and chairs, it was in a separate building, which was locked after breakfast. The pool also had table and chairs, but is also in a building by itself, and was closed for maintenance during our entire 5 day stay. I think people should be notified of a pool being closed so you can rebook at another place, if that is important to you. Having been there Thanksgiving week, having access to an indoor pool would have been a priority for some travelers.

When I was taking a shower the shower head fell off. Before bed when I went to check the security lock the whole trim of the door came off because it was screwed into it.
