Love being right on the landing, so convenient. The security is wonderful with key cards needed for doors, elevators and parking garage. The only issue we had were the people directly above us. At 7:30 in the morning you heard them walking across the floor and opening/closing doors. I figured for what we paid per night it should be a little more sound proof.

The parking was so annoying! The doors were not automatic & we had to haul our luggage across the promenade because we were in the opposite building of the parking garage. No valets available at our check in. Would ask to stay in the same building as parking next time!

For future visits, Most of upgraded rooms are in our south tower and the standard rooms for the most part in our North tower. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciative of your business. The garage is not owned by the hotel and is not connected the entrance is about 50 yards away from our side entrance into the north tower- you can unload in the front and we can hold your luggage while you park. Again we apologize for your disappointment and thank you for your feedback.

The whole check in experience was a nightmare. Worst check in experience of my life. Check in time was at 4:00 and we planned to check in to our room to freshen up prior to a show we were scheduled for that night. However, the room was not ready at the time of check-in and it was not available until about 3 hours later. It wasn't just our room either, the entire lobby was full on people waiting to check in. Once we were finally able to check in, we entered the elevator to go up to our floor and got stuck. We had to call the front desk to let them know and THEN they told us how the elevator works with your key card. This was NOT told to us at the time of check-in.
