We went to watch the fireworks and never even has to go to the Landing. Perfect view off balcony.

Property was not clean, bed was the worst and my back aches like no other from 3 nights on the bed, staff was rude when I tried contacting them about the bed, your perception of the brand best western if like mine is reality man…but the Hilton down the street only cost 40 more per night so the quality of the hotel was reality but they priced it like a better brand name so over priced and under delivered. First and last time…pay the extra money and stay at a Hilton or holiday inn or Marriott

False advertisement. The Executive King Suite looked NOTHING like the pictures. We were booked to stay 5/23 - 5/26/2025. The room was dark musty and dreary, out dated. The photos showed a light fresh and airy Room. Executive King Suite Room was just a regular room nothing special or extra about it. It was in need of repairs especially in the bathroom. This place was disgusting. We stayed 1 night and checked out the next day. This DIVE does not compare to any of the Hiltons but they mentioned it on their site. The parking lot at the front check-in was all messed up potholes everywhere. This DIVE is not worth the price and the front desk area and the breakfast area was missing base boards

They did a great job with the pictures on the website. They definitely did not reflect what it looks like in person. The rooms and bathroom/vanity area is tiny. It looks like it has been updated so the rooms were clean with newer carpet and bedding. Our room faced the main road and the traffic was so loud all day/night long. On a positive note, the free breakfast was good.

I do not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was terrible. The only thing I truly expect from a hotel is for it to be clean, and unfortunately, this one was not. There was old dirt in the bathroom and sink, and the bedspread had a visible stain. I even found an undergarment next to the sofa and a pill on the bedroom floor — completely unacceptable. The breakfast was not good either, but for me, cleanliness is the most important thing. I didn’t complain or ask for the room to be cleaned again because I came to enjoy a trip with my children, but honestly, from the very first day, I wanted to switch hotels. Very disappointing experience.

We enjoyed our stay, the food was good, it was very clean, however, the room smelt like meldew. I stayed on the second floor down from the office passed the pool, there was a ac unit leaking bad. The railing fence like thing to keep from falling off second floor, my 1 yr old could fit throu it and almost fell throu the railing when she ran out of our room. I was worried that the walk way would collapse. This is a good hotel for anyone but the safety of children, the fact the room smells so meldew and needs to get some kind of update

Would stay here again

This was an older hotel, but it had been updated. It was clean. It was within walking distance of Main St., Branson. Beds were very comfortable, a must after a day of walking.
