Overall, it was a great place for a great price. It was clean and comfortable. The pool house was incredibly clean and impressive. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but typical for a hotel. And there wasn’t hot water the night we stayed, but they were trying to get that repaired.

We stayed 4 nights here. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful. When we got to our room they had taken the big comfortable chair out and replaced it with a cheap metal frame chair, we asked about that and they switched it out immediately. We didn’t care for the pillows ( there was 4 and they were ALL lumpy). Our first night the shower had plenty of good hot water however the last two nights it was barely warm. The breakfast was great.

Our visit was everything we expected and more! We absolutely loved the Christmas decorations and taking pictures in our pajamas by the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’d also like to give a special mention to the wonderful lady at the breakfast buffet on Monday morning who surprised me with a Christmas donut for my birthday weekend. Thank you for making it extra special!

The staff at check-in were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The room itself was extremely warm, even with nighttime temperatures around 31 degrees, I still had to run the AC to keep it comfortable. The curtains were a bit worn and could use a refresh, and the room overall felt somewhat dated. That said, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep.
