The sink in our bathroom was clogged and the tub drain took a long time to drain as well. Also, I searched for and paid more for a hotel that had a hot breakfast and when I arrived was told they aren't doing a hot breakfast for the month of January !

No remote in the room, so we had to call to the front desk which did get resolved after that. No hot breakfast. This is their off season so they don’t provide one (didn’t know until check-in). Check-in was extremely slow. I asked at 2pm if there was a room ready (nope) then again at 5pm which it was but took easily 20-25 minutes to checkin as she wasn’t sure it was ready.

Staff were so friendly! They were very apologetic that we couldn’t check in until hours after check in time. We just had to change in the bathroom and leave for our show. The breakfast was sad. There was no meat at all. The room was clean and temp control was good. The mattress was in need of replacement. It was not comfortable.

Hotel is showing its age. Room was nice, though the furniture was ill-matched (the couch's position, for example, barely left room for a swivel chair). Breakfast was nice, with lots of sitting room. Overall nice for the price.

Tried to check in 2 hours early and the room was not ready yet which is understandable. 4 o’clock check in rolls around and the room still wasn’t ready. By 5:30 they were able to check me in but had to move me to a different room for an unknown reason. There was only one person at the desk and a line almost out the front door that took way too long to get through. Breakfast was average, hot tub was hot, room was clean. Service needs some work.

Check-in was a lengthy process - for some reason Expedia had reserved two of the three rooms under my name and put the third room under a different name (my daughter). If it was consistent that each room was listed under the name of who was staying there, that would make more sense. It took almost an hour to get checked in. The staff did not ask to check under the name of the person assigned to each room, although they have had this problem before. We enjoyed the spacious lobby while waiting and the pool was great. There were no towels in the pool either time that we used it, and had to ask and wait for them. The rooms were difficult to adjust and maintain temperature. Breakfast staff was beyond helpful with accommodating dietary restriction information.

We travel a lot and our experience started with the front desk giving us 2 rooms that already belonged to other families. Very awkward to open doors to find they're occupied. When we received our third room, we were next to a family of screaming and running children and parents yelling loudly at 11 pm. Be aware this hotel does not adress this until 11 pm quiet hours. Wild! 2 nights of this we will not return as this seems routine for this hotel and management.
