This hotel brought back so much nostalgia from when we stayed here years ago! The staff were helpful & friendly, the place is CLEAN, and they have a free ice cream social after all these years!!! Love it! Would like to possibly see up grades in the future.

The staff was nice and the hotel and room were nice. Room is a little dated but we just needed it for sleep. We were in room 116 and it was sooooo hot in that room. We adjusted the heat so it wouldn’t come on and it wouldn’t shut off. So by the time we left we were all sweating and it was February.

The first night the heat wouldn’t shut off because there was a breeze of cold air coming though the window, so none of us could sleep from sweating all night. The next morning I let the front desk know, and she said she would get someone to look at it. No apology or any type of compensation offered. The breakfast was just cereal/pop tarts/nutri grain bar. The pool area had no heat, so while watching the kids swim, we were wrapping ourselves in towels, it was so cold in there.

Check in was very slow. Room was ok. Could use some updating. We checked out a day early and the employee at the front desk didn't ask why we were leaving or thank us for staying. Location wasn't close to anything but it had a decent view. Overall, you get what you pay for.
