Hello, sorry your toilet did not work. We strive to keep our property the way our guests and Wyndam would expect. Our maintenance staff is here to serve our guests two shifts each and everyday and I'm sorry they were not notified to fix this problem. Keep us in mind for the future. Kind Regards Management

Nothing was correct with this place! Room was a mess when I stayed! No towels, toilet paper or trash bags! The staff was okay and tried to make our stay worth it but it wasn’t even worth it! Room was nasty! Would like to get my money back for the 3 days I stayed there!!

I stayed there a yr ago and it was awesome the rooms where clean so I was looking forward to this stay. Boy, was I disappointed.... Cold showers, dirty rooms, bad smell in the hallways, people vaping... So disappointed.. O.. they said they serve breakfast.. they don't..

The elevator broke, we had to go up and down stairs. The water was off and didn’t let the customers know. The phones in rooms were broken so we couldn’t call to front desk. The WiFi didn’t work and the pool was closed.
