I booked this place based on the reviews and everything turned out to be good. The man at the front desk was super nice at check in. The room was clean with comfortable beds, a t.v., and cold air conditioning- that's all I need. One of the things I was looking forward to was the breakfast based on the reviews that everyone said was good. I was told the breakfast lasted until 9:30. We came to eat breakfast around 9:00. There were about three muffins, two biscuits, and a couple of pieces of sausage left on the breakfast bar. They were not even trying to refill anything for the people that were just now coming in. I saw several people walk in and turn around and leave. Basically, we had coffee and juice and left to go eat our breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I am just saying if you say breakfast is until 9:30 then you should keep the breakfast supply going until 9:30, even if it means you have to keep refilling it! Also, the pool was closed when it was 95 degrees outside. Over all, I would stay here again because the price of the room was good and the room was comfortable.

VERY clean. Comfy beds. AC worked beautifully in our room. We got a great deal on the room, could not beat the price for the excellent quality of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was within 10 minutes of everything we needed. Continental breakfast is offered, and hot food was provided! We will definitely be remembering this hotel the next time we stay in Branson, MO.

Friendly staff, clean room, HOT shower, quiet setting. My ONLY complaint is that when we decided to stay an extra night, They wouldnt give me a fair rate. I checked out and checked into another room down the road. In my experience.. it is better to rent a room than leave it empty. Had they been busy I would have understood...but they were not booked AND they would not have had to have serviced our room. Seems like bad buisness. Outside of that.. the stay was incredible.. I highly recommended this hotel when staying in the area.
