Liked it's old fashion charm, close to everything, staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious but disappointed they didn't serve dinner. The room was too warm during the day, couldn't adjust the air.

Loved how conveniently it was located to great dining and shopping. Concierge (Roy) was extremely helpful and helped us find 2 great outside activities to do. Got us registered, tickets, directions etc, which was so convenient for us traveling. Loved the jazz bands, the unique furnishings in the bar and the bartenders. They ALL were so helpful, courteous, and provided great customer service. We felt very safe while in there at night especially with the attentive bouncers providing security and rules of hotel policies. My only criticism was the last 1/2 of our week stay, our room wouldn't be vacuumed, bed made, and complete bathroom amenities and coffee was never replaced. We had to find someone in the cleaning staff to get them. That was disappointing. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

Staff is very nice. Convenient location. Rooms and gym facilities could be cleaner. Rooms are not great for buffering sounds in the hotel. You will hear all the conversations in the hall all night long. Bar is fun.

Great location with friendly staff. The hotel was great overall with the exception of temperature controls for the room unit. Even at its lowest setting of 66 degrees the room never felt cold. Also, not having a fan 'on' option (just cooling and heating) meant no air circulation when the unit cut off. This would not be an issue if the windows could be even partially opened.

This is a beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It's very close to Bourbon Street, just right around the corner. We could see Bourbon from our balcony. There is a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. We had a great time here and we will definitely stay here again next time we travel to New Orleans.

Location was excellent! Close to everthing there is to do in the French Quarter, staff was friendly. The hotel had great authentic decor. The room and shower especially left a lot to be desired. The room is much smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe! The shower was the absolute worst part! Our first day we thought maybe there was a water pressure issue but that was not the case. The water pressure in the shower was so low that the overhead shower barely let out a trickle so you were forced to use the hand wand! No joke! You had to take a full shower using the hand wand. The water flow was so terrible my wife only washed her hair once on our four day stay because it was so hard to get the soap rinsed out due to the lack of water flow and the water consistently was luke warm at best. We loved the location but not being able to take a adequate, hot shower for almost five days will likely not bring us back to this hotel
