Great location and great restaurant on site. Room was comfortable and nice value for the price. The breakfast had some items that were a highlight and are better than the average hotel breakfast. The roasted potatoes, omelettes, muffins, and pancakes were all a nice treat. Definitely recommend!!

"Everything was wonderful however when we arrived we were waiting to check in and two people at the desk were talking to one person (not checking them in) just talking about places in Boston…etc. Answering her questions while we sat there and waited without even acknowledging our presence. Seems like a one person job. He could’ve addressed us. It wasn’t too long of a wait, 5 or so minutes, but thats bad customer service in my opinion. If he was helping the other staff, I would understand, but it was just a general conversation about things in Boston to see or how to get there. Check us in first then continue your conversation. "
