"The overall experience was excellent. The check in staff was very welcoming as were all the other staff. The hotel lobby was so lively. The room was spacious & very clean. The painters were refreshing the white paint outside the buildings everyday. The food selection was amazing. The staff was very was accommodating! There were entertainment choices for eveyone. Dancing, concert like performances, broadway shows, sports bars, exercise classes, gym , spa, and plenty of swimming pools.The entertainment was located away from the buildings so it was peaceful for those who wanted to just relax. My room was on the beach so it was beautiful to sip my coffee on the balcony and watch the waves every morning. I highly recommend this place.and will be returning."

"Breakfast choices included full, continental and Jamaican. Food was delicious. Lunch and dinner also very good. The Itilian restaurant was good also. Booth to get transportation to hotel is located @ the airport. Paid $15 USD Hotel has lots of out-door sitting spaces giving a home-like comfortable feel. Can sit out and look @ the beach or enjoy the court yard or the pool. It's not a 'fancy' hotel. But it is very comfortable. I recommend and would return."

"The view from the hotel room was a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, lovely, with comfortable bed and pillows, the water pressure was great. The buffet food was amazing but the specialty restaurants were mediocre. The buffet has plenty of options. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool so no need to get up early to secure one. There are plenty of staff and servers. However, with the exception of a few staff, most staff are not friendly, don’t say hello or greet you in passing or when serving, don’t smile or make eye contact when speaking with the guests and have a bit of an attitude when you ask them questions. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoy ourselves. I think as a country that relies heavily on tourism, they need to train their staff and educate the general public on the importance of tourism as their main industry and the importance of being polite, courteous and friendly to tourists."
