"This was by far the most outstanding experience we have ever had staying at such a magnificent hotel. The colony Hotel Palm Beach is in a class of its own. It’s pure elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the well trained, courteous and lovely staff. It felt like going back in time to be greeted by name by the servers, acknowledged by the lovely women at the front desk and treated with so much respect and top hospitality by the valets. The evening jazz by the pool was so classy and the ambience is truly magnificent. Our room was pristine. Not a detail was spared to make our stay comfortable by the hotel.. "

"This place was amazing the. Room were cleaned daily without asking, staff was amazing was always pleasant and very accommodating, food was amazing and freshly cooked, the beach was great and it was private so less people and so relaxing and we were able to order food and eat/drink on the beach. The pools were cleaned too perfection daily. Over all this place was a 10/10 definitely will be coming back to this location. As it’s a quiet area we were about to Uber into the nightlight about 25 mins away which was not a big deal."

"The hotel was clean, and well-maintained. We loved the pool, the beach views, and even got to see a beautiful iguana. Overall, the trip was well worth it. My only suggestion is to improve accommodations for guests with severe dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease, dairy and corn intolerances, and acid reflux disease, which limited my food options. A dedicated gluten-free/allergen-free cooking area, separate cookware, or even a microwave in guest rooms would be very helpful. I would especially like to recognize Emily at the pool, Georgina in the restaurant, Christina the restaurant manager, and Chef Charlie. Their care and attention made a tremendous difference. Emily took the time to learn about celiac disease and cross-contamination and checked with Chef Charlie about safe meal options. She also researched the cooking oil used for the potatoes and shared the information so I could verify it was safe. When I requested hard-boiled eggs, she ensured the pot was thoroughly cleaned before preparation. She brought me hard-boiled eggs, a plain salad, potatoes, and fresh fruit. The following day, Georgina, Christina, Chef Charlie, and the kitchen staff continued providing the same level of care. Thanks to their efforts, I was well nourished throughout my stay. I would have appreciated simple options such as plain chicken, fried eggs, or plain rice, but the staff's genuine concern left a lasting impression and contributed greatly to an outstanding vacation."
