My check in experience was lacking in smiles and I wasn't given any information about the resort - I even had to ask how to get to the elevators. Every other staff experience I had was well above average. People were friendly, polite , welcoming and really made me feel like they were determined to make this an awesome vacation. And they were successful! The convenience of having the strip mall across the street for souvenir shopping, a pizza place, and a market made it all the better. Thank you for a great trip - wish I'd stayed longer!

The bathroom should have been renovated a long time ago. The sink cabinet is moldy, the toilet doesn't work well, you take a shower but the water doesn't flow out, it just stands in the bathtub, there's no place to hang a towel that should dry but is constantly damp. The room is gorgeous, spacious, and there's enough space for clothes. There's a TV set, but I had to ask the reception for a list of programs I can watch.

Nice property. The employees were indifferent. The guy that checked us in gave no directions and then pointed us to the wrong room. Came back to exchange keys . My wife found it before he did. Was very windy and something of the roof of the hotel was slamming all through the night. We didn’t sleep very well.

Stayed for 4 days over Thanksgiving with my kids. The hotel is obviously dated but very well maintained with stunning ocean views and super peace and quiet. Staff are super attentive and professional. Worth every penny. Food is expensive and upscale not really geared towards kids, but still delicious!! Awesome coffee bar.
